TrainedbAI provides personalized AI coaching for athletes at every level. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze athletic performance data and provide customized training recommendations, feedback, and insights to help users improve their athletic performance.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to athletic performance data, text, images, and videos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant TrainedbAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrainedbAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TrainedbAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Service provides general fitness and athletic training recommendations and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before beginning any new exercise program.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAINEDBAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
